• COBOL Developer Responsibilities:- Design and development of application components to meet business solution and customer requirements Work on several phases of Software Development Life Cycle and are able to work independently with limited guidance Provide skills development and feedback to Application Programmers (for Senior Positions) Support application teams during post production support and ensure the defects are analyzed and categorized properly for the first and second level of support. Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree or in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or other related fields At least 2-5 years’ experience in COBOL Language programming Mainframe or PC Required Skill Set of Mainframe - COBOL, IMS, DL/1, VSAM, CICS,CICS Web Service,JCL,DB2 Programming Logic Fundamental, experience in other language Be able to lead or work independently and takes responsibility for team result Good analytical and problem-solving skills
