Our Client accepts its social responsibility by supporting environmental protection, disaster management and education is actively looking for a Retail Outlet Supervisor with below qualification and job description. This person will support in executing customer campaigns/event as well as partnership program. Responsibility: • Assist in planning, implementing and controlling all advertising activities including TV, press, magazine, outdoor, yellow page directory, poster, and other media • Organize and implement internal and external promotional strategies to support product and service developments and contribute to financial targets • Propose suitable advertising media and promotional ideas for all marketing campaigns, ensure implementation if accepted • Develop, maintain and update corporate, sales and POS materials to ensure they are customer-friendly and informative • Co-ordinate with advertising and media agencies to ensure all the general advertising activities are on schedule • Perform quality assurance checks on deliverables from the agencies and request for re-work where necessary or highlight the issue to the Communications Manager • Liaise for production of collaterals, brief agency on marketing campaign and objectives to achieve objectives together • Conduct regular meetings for status update of projects • Monitor progress of the communication programs • Prepare evaluation of the program results Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, Marketing communication or related fields. • Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign and other related program is a plus • Understanding of online media and how to design in Photoshop in layers to release files for final production. • Brief the Creative Services team in design, copy, image, and content needs in the development of the company’s advertisements, tradeshow booth graphics, events, websites, and other promotional activities.
