Responsibilities
-Support and coordinate activities of staff
-Receive phone call and coordinate with internal and external person.
-Prepare and implementing necessary document such as invoice, receipt, tax, etc.
-Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
-recruiting process
-Other duty as assign
Qualification
-Male or Female age between 21-25 years old
-Proficient in using computers (MS Office, e-mail, & Internet programs)
-Good attitude, positive thinking and good service minded
-Flexibility and willingness to learn
-New graduated are welcome
