• -Develop Proposals for performance improvement work based on customers' needs - Operate as a lead consultant to manage and deliver cusotmer-focsued service offerings - Develop strategies to secure potential customers from competitors - Perform regular outgoing call coaching with telesales members in order to monitor their skill development for further training areas they're still lack of - Track and monitor team performance for improvement
