• Our client, Sika, is a global active specialty chemical company with more than 120 production sites and marketing subsidiaries in 74 countries. The global integrated company supplies specialty chemicals and application knowledge to the building and construction industries as well as manufacturing industries (automotive, bus, truck, rail, alternative energies, building components). Sika Thailand was established in 1989 known as the largest and the first construction chemical company in Thailand. The company employs about 150 employees and manufactures a full range of construction chemicals dividing to be 4 Business Units like Concrete, Contractor, Industry and Distribution. Job Descriptions: • Manage to achieve agreed sales and contribution target/budget and promote SIka products to all potential customers • Direct selling to dealer shops and propose new products for the shop. Make contact with owners, managers, purchasing dept. • Identify and create promotional opportunities with designated accounts. Prepare marketing tools (e.g. brochures, banner, etc) • Ensure that Customer Staff Training programmes are established and implemented • Monitor competitors’ activities and briefed of their activities, know competitors’ products to BU • Maintain and continuously update product and application knowledge • Liaise with other departments (Customer Service, Logistic, Operations, etc.) regarding quotations and any special customer requirements and ensure adequate stock levels • Propose to BU-Mgr. new products or required products in the market place and informed of market changes • Perform other duties as assigned by BU-Distribution Location: Bangkok
