หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and execute trade finance transactions for international sales of precious metals (e.g., silver bars, bullion)
• Handle Letter of Credit (L/C) processes end-to-end, including advising, negotiation, document checking, and discrepancy handling
• Prepare, review, and verify trade documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Insurance Certificate, and Certificate of Origin (COO)
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of payments (L/C, T/T, and other instruments)
• Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, UCP600 guidelines, and company policies
• Monitor payment status, due dates, and cash flow related to international transactions
• Identify and mitigate risks related to trade finance, including credit risk, country risk, and document discrepancies
• Support pricing and contract structuring in alignment with payment terms and risk exposure
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, and Overseas Operations teams to ensure alignment between shipment and payment terms
• Handle and resolve issues related to delayed payments, discrepancies, or banking requirements
• Maintain accurate records of all trade finance transactions for audit and compliance purposes

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Male / Female
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in trade finance, banking, or international trade (experience in commodities or precious metals is highly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of trade finance instruments, especially Letter of Credit (L/C)
• Familiarity with UCP600, Incoterms, and international shipping documentation
• Experience working with banks and handling export/import payment processes
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive, high-value transactions
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Basic understanding of commodity pricing (e.g., spot price, premium calculation) is an advantage
