หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate with overseas companies, handle and follow up overseas purchasing process such as shipment status, related document and other requirements, to ensure orders and services are handled efficiently.
• Contact and Coordinate with shipping agent for import shipment.
• Negotiate with overseas suppliers and sourcing new suppliers/products when needed.-Support customer service team to follow up and share documents or information from the overseae companies.
• coordinate with internal departments to facilitate or support procurement process eg. production engineers, finance or warehouse
• coordinate with relating governmental departments (if need) to facilitate import shipment eg. Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI)

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Good English communication skill (listening, writing & speaking).
• Strong in communication & negotiation skill.
• Computer literate in MS office package.
• High responsibility, well organized, self-motivated, be able to work under pressure and active team work.
