Duties & Responsibilities: • Coordinate with oversea suppliers (Asia Pacific) and relevant domestic suppliers. • Sourcing and selecting new suppliers, handle price negotiations, oversea purchasing process. • Solving issues regarding the product, purchasing, shipment, stock, and warehouse. • Issue PR / PO in the system. • Review all relevant Import & Export and BOI documents to proceed correctly. • Negotiating with suppliers and/or distributors for better cost, trading terms, in order to deliver cost saving. • File claim to suppliers and vendors ex. warranty, marketing fund, promotion support, discrepancy, damage, insurance. • Manage and assign job to purchasing officers. • Coordinate with other departments. • Other job will assigned by report line.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistic, International or other related field • At least 3 years experience working in oversea purchasing. • Knowledge ISO 9001:2015 • Proficient in sourcing and price checking. • Proficient in Microsoft office program especially excel program. • Advance conversational high level in English. • Knowledge in BOI , Trading , Import-Export process. • 1 year management experience (Have subordinate) in purchasing department.
