TIKTOK CONTENT SPECIALIST (ENGLISH SPEAKER)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible for managing the end to end TikTok account from content creation, calendar planning to weekly reporting • Develop and execute a TikTok strategy in line with their client's requirements • Identify TikTok trends and ensure those customers are reacting to these to help drive the growth of the accounts • To plan, research content in line with the marketing calendar and the latest trends, popular creators and competitor monitoring • Responsible for posting and scheduling all the TikTok videos • Understand deadlines and schedules in order to help prioritize products in a high-volume environment • Source and edit any viral TikTok trends and recreate for individual brands • Develop tactics for growing followers and engagement across each TikTok account meeting ambitious follower targets • Regularly report on the growth, engagement and views to the Product Manager • Feed into idea sessions for cross-platform series using your knowledge of the TikTok platform and audience.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • 2-3 years of experience in handling TikTok and know what's happening in the TikTok landscape, a deep understanding of TikTok & social media algorithms • A passion for social media in particular TikTok, you find yourself scrolling aimlessly through the platform for hours each night • (a bonus!) • Experience with native social media tools and content creation apps • Experience in managing TikTok accounts (either personal or business accounts) • A passion and interest for creating compelling brand stories that are engaging • History of creating content that performed well and drove attention whether for yourself or a brand • Deep understanding of TikTok's ecosystem: trends, hashtags, music usage, functionalities, guidelines, and platform updates including filming, editing and features • An understanding of social media analytics and how to apply learnings • A proven ability to problem solve and change approaches with trends or shifts on social media platforms • Experience in sourcing viral contents • Experience in video editing • Superior verbal, written, copy editing and proofreading skills • Excellent time management skills with evidence of being able to balance projects and prioritise • Able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment while working effectively and collaboratively with team members
