หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Responsible for entire Operations Of designated outlet. - Ensure effective supervision is carried out with utmost professionalism and in line with Infinity Credo. - Ensure all Spa guests and visitors leave with a pleasant by company standards. - Assist the Spa Director/ Operation Manager to oversee , Supervise and monitor all daily operations. - Responsible for all spa facilities including bake of house areas. - Ensure facilities are clean and maintained at all times in with Health Department Licenses. - Able to support all departments/staff during peak periods and during shortage of manpower. - Ensure that expenses are in line ,or below , with Department's Operation Budget and that costs are strictly controlled but not lower the quality or standards set. - Maximize revenue in Operations Department and ensure employee utilization is by company standards. - Ensure all staff are punctual for duty and grooming standards are met. - Ensure that all staff have an understanding of the company’s policies and procedures , rules and regulation. - Evaluate team’s performance in Operation is adequately planned and prepared during peak periods. - Take appropriate disciplinary action against repeat offenders of company’s rules and regulations , and policies and procedures. - Regularly update and improve training to reflect on current industry standards, trends and guests expectations. - All reports and correspondences must be completed punctually and accurately. - Perform duties/Projects assigned by Spa Director or Operation Manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor degree in any related fields. - Must have s spa license. -At least 2 years related experience in the spa or related professional area with experienced in management or supervisor is an advantage. - Good command of English and computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office email. - Good working Knowledge of spa programs and able davelop or create or create activities. - Energetic , enthusiastic and motivational. -Efficient , well organized , and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. - Strong communication and supervisory skills. - Ability to show initiative and make decisions. - Working knowledge of accounting processes ,particularly payroll , budgeting and revenue .
