หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee and ensure accuracy of Purchase Order (PO) data within the RAS system, maintaining high data integrity and compliance.
• Proactively monitor purchase orders and shipment status to ensure on-time delivery and mitigate potential delays.
• Act as a key liaison between overseas suppliers, Customer Service (CS), and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow efficiency.
• Partner with CS and Domestic teams to optimize import stock levels and ensure alignment with demand planning.
• Analyze inventory trends and initiate appropriate logistics solutions, including air freight arrangements, to meet KPI targets and business requirements.
• Perform CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) analysis to support cost optimization, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives and special projects to ensure delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Communicate company policies, strategies, and operational directions effectively to Sales and CS teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive parts industry will be an advantage.
• Proficient in English communication (both written and spoken) in a business context.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple functions in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
