Customer Service (Freight forwarding business)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Co-operate with customer & other department with good relationship in order to achieve the job and to meet the customer's requirement. -Co-operate with customer's to offer the quotation . -Co-operate with shipping carrier's agent or other forwarder to achieve custoemer's requirement. -Follow up inbound shipment and keep inform to customer. -Contact customers and inform the actual arrival date,expenses and other necessary details to customers/consignee. -Input data for event control and other job as assigned by or Manager

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male/Female, Age 25-30 - Bachelor Degree in Logistic or related fields - 3 years working experience in Air Freight Forwarder. -Good command of spoken and written English (Mandarin or Chinese is advantage) - Good interpersonal skills and be able to persuade customer - Good working knowledge of product with ability to quickly learn - Adaptability to change in the work environment
