• Roles & Responsibilities • Responsible for DCS, BAS, Online-Monitoring System integrity, modifications, software configuration • Ensure high levels of availability for automation installations (DCS, BAS, Server, Automation network) • Design and troubleshoot both software and hardware necessary for Plant control systems utilizing Controller, Remote I/O, PLCs for integration of manufacturing systems. • Design, diagnose, and troubleshoot automation network infrastructures – Ethernet, TCP/IP, Profinet, Profibus, Modbus RTU etc. • Specify, procure, configure, and troubleshoot controls hardware and field instrumentation • Design, specify, wire, and procure control panel equipment, e.g. safety circuits, I/O, networks, etc. • Create and maintain all automation documentation; ensure proper utilization of Management of Change • Develop and maintain functional description / control logic / Interlocks • Set up and maintained work procedures and troubleshooting processes for automation systems • Support manufacturing by working closely with the Operations, Engineering, and Production Groups • Coordinate, Execute trainings operator, engineers, and maintenance training programs

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male/Female age 28 – 32 Years • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline; especially Control System & Instrumentation Engineering or Electrical Engineering • Minimum 3 years of experience with design, networking, programming and configuration of automation systems such as Siemens, Rockwell AB etc. • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, DCS, SCADA, PLC/HMI, Control system network, Instrumentation, Power distribution and Electrical safety, VFD’s, Servo’s and motion control system • Experience in DCS SCADA PLC systems such as SIEMENS (SIMATIC PCS7, S7-300/400/1200/1500, STEP7, TIA Portal), Allen Bradley (Control Logix RS6000, FactoryTalk ViewStudio and Compact Logix 5370 controller & Studio 5000) and HMI/SCADA systems preferred WinCC Explorer • Experience with performing instrumentation and controls engineering calculations, and developing and implementing instrumentation and control system design • Experience in a manufacturing environment troubleshooting Plant Control System, Equipment and Automation issues. • Understanding and background in programming, design, installation, validation, and lifecycle management of manufacturing process controls, automation, field instrumentation technologies • Experience with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Commissioning Start-up • Experience reading and interpreting Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams • Intermediate experience with other applicable industry standards • Proficient with advanced internal and external cross-discipline project team coordination • Communication skills required Problem-solving skills Experience as following points are added advantage; • Knowledge in Data Integrity and Security 21CFR Part 11 CSV Validation (CSV IOQ) and Qualification & Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) • Knowledge and/or experience of pharmaceutical/biotech processes, especially in the area of Pharma’s utilities and facilities • Knowledge of GMP manufacturing environments and able to interpret and apply GAMPs & GMPs and familiarity with documentation in a highly Pharma regulated environment
