Process Development (Mammalian)

• Plan and execute experiments and perform data analysis under minimal supervision, utilizing standard cell biology, biochemical and bioprocess techniques.
• Lead team to perform upstream process optimization/development, process verification, and provide the technical support for process validation of biological product.
• Lead team to perform process troubleshooting and design experiment for technical support
• Prepare technical protocols and reports and ensure that experiments are well documented.
• Be able to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross functional team.
• Demonstrate potential for technical proficiency, scientific creativity, and collaboration with others and independent thought.
• Training the new staff, officer, and operator within department to work with a good practice.
• Maintain and ensure safe laboratory environment and work practices.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience with cell culture process, recombinant protein production process or related process.
• Strong scientific understanding of recombinant protein expression, bioprocess operation well as the ability to explore and develop new technologies and approaches.
• Knowledge and experience of general mammalian cell culture techniques, including good aseptic technique and cell passaging.
• Bioreactor handling, and bioprocess development experience is required.
• Recombinant protein analyzation experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with cell culture performance at various scales, from shake-flask to bioreactors, is preferred.
• Application of predictive modeling and statistical methods to analyze data.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive leadership mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Experience with automation and in particular for use in high throughput cell culture (preferred).
• Previous industry experience is preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
