หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan, design, and execute experiments and perfrom data analysis under minimal supervision for upstream process development/optimization of current and/or new biological products.
• Lead team to perform upstream process verification and provide the technical support for process validation of biological product
• Lead team to perform troubleshooting and design experiment for technical support
• Prepare technical protocols and reports and ensure that experiments are well documented.
• Training the new staff, officer, and operator within department to work with a good practice.
• Maintain and ensure safe laboratory environment and work practices.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Knowledge and experience in general bacterial culture, including good aseptic technique for recombinant protein production or related process.
• Bioreactor handling, and bioprocess development experience are required.
• Familiarity with bacterial culture performance at various scales, from shake-flask to bioreactors, is preferred.
• Strong scientific understanding of recombinant protein expression, bioprocess operation as well as the ability to explore and develop new technologies and approaches.
• Relevant analytical technique, such as SDS-PAGE, Western blot or RP-HPLC, is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive leadership mindset.
• Good time management and organisational skill.
• Good communication and written skills in English.
