HR and Admin Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities - In charge of recruitment process such as advertising, sourcing, interviewing, testing, selecting candidates, checking reference, negotiating employment offer, probation process. - Analysis manpower data and turnover, vacancy to prepare monthly report. - Handle HR employment issues hiring and termination process. - Handle employee benefit administration such as social security, provident Fund, medical insurance. - Prepare data for payroll. - Support all HR and admin tasks as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources management in areas of recruitment or ER jobs. - Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures. - Advance skills in Microsoft excel and excellent in MS word, power point. - Ability to make judgments and decisions on confidential matters.
