Retail Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Leading and working closely with Shop Manager to drive sales operating and service standards, policies and procedures • Planing, implementing strategies, monitoring and controlling sales performance in order to ensure the achievement of sales target • Analyst and evaluation sales performance, financial budget and other retailing reports and taking corrective action as needed

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male / Female, age 30 - 38 years old • Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing • At least 5 years of sales management experience or related fields • Have experience in retail business will be an advantage • Highly self-motivated and results- oriented, Strong leadership, Systematic Thinking, Problem Solving, People management skills and Service oriented • Good command of both spoken and written English Salary: 35,000 - 45,000/ month
