หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Prepare and propose sales planning and promotion. - Achieve sales volume, distribution, inventory and market returns targets as agreed. - Analyze and monitor sale targets closely and ensure that sell through targets are met and feedback the team for prompt reaction toward our competitors. -Develops and implements selling strategies with the objective of reaching targets. -Communicate and collaborate with internal and external parties to achieve sales objectives. -Manages and builds a strong business relationship with the partners to maximize opportunities, negotiate and grow the business. -Motivate and supervise the team to achieve sales and distribution targets. -Ensure the service level is meet with the standard. -Recruit and selection qualified sales team. -Handle other assigned projects

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor Degree's in any related field. -At least 3-5+ year in sales with supervisor level or team leader experience. -Experience in retail business 3-5 years. -Good team player and leader -Able for domestic travelling
