• Job Description To ensure the integrated installation and implementation of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 10002 Complaint Management System with Coral Holding processes in our offices operating in Thailand and Vietnam. Ensuring the execution of quality control and occupational safety audits of the organization's products/services, including supplier audits. To ensure continuous improvement by focusing on total quality, understanding customer needs and expectations within the organization, and monitoring the quality of the products and services offered.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Having a minimum of 3 years of implementation experience of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 10002 Customer Feedback Management System standards, - Preferably carried out a similar task in the tourism sector (tour operator, travel agency or accommodation), - Preferably worked as a consultant, trainer or auditor in an international audit firm, - Graduated from engineering faculties of universities, preferably Industrial Engineer, - Good command of English, - Strong analytical, planning, reporting and organizational skills, - Able to use MS Office applications effectively, - Not related to military service (for male candidates), - No restriction for domestic / international travel, - Have a driver's license.
