Assistant Accounting Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Coordinating with local vendors, Viatris Commercial team, and GFS P2P team on billing and payment, as well as on issue resolution. • Creating finance related PO, i.e. audit and tax fees. • Monitoring PO long outstanding and inform end user for PO closure. • Scanning invoice and checking supporting document to GFS for posting. • Filing invoice and payment document. • Scanning expense report and filing payment document. • Coordinating with CitiCard for user inquiries. • Handling the monthly review of account recon prepared by GFS for bank recon, FA schedule, sales recon. • Preparing the account recon for VAT, WHT, CIT and deferred tax. • Attending and reviewing the bi-annual BS review with GFS.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent. • At least 5 years in related work experiences in Accounting and Finance with international companies. • Knowledgeable of generally accepted accounting principles. • Strong communication, excellent project management, team working, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in computer skills as required. • Good command of English.
