หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Supporting in recruitment methods and techniques for attracting and sourcing candidates -Support recruitment projects i.e. Employee Value Proposition, Employer Branding, Internal Job communication and etc. and working in closely with internal team related -Leading an Outsource staff in End to End process, verify qualified supplier and working with HRBP / Hiring Manager to support theirs need and other related function. -Manage and monitor for talent acquisition budget and working closely with HRM for budget planning on yearly basis -Prepare letters of offer, employment contracts and new employee packs for successful candidates. -Liaise with the HR Operation Team, IT and Hiring Manager to make on-boarding arrangements - Work Mon-Fri. time 8.30 - 17.00 hrs. - 1 year contract, consider renewing the contract and adjusting to become a full-time employee welfare benefit social security health insurance Labor law vacation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor Degree in any related filed Having experience in recruitment/talent acquisition field 2-3 Y Keen attention to detail and experience in both building and executing recruiting process. Good communication in English MS Office Literacy Interview with results and start work immediately
