Senior Accounting Manager (Invoice)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Oversee the entire invoicing process to ensure accurate and timely billing, • Involvement in new customer on-boarding; define customer billing requirements, and implement a process to meet customer needs and expectations by coordinate with sale and HR team • Analyze and reconcile income and expenses of each outsource projects and submit report to CFO on a monthly basis • Control & Monitor customer credit & collection and follow up with all related parties immediately if there is any suspicious sign for unpaid or bad debt situation or pending issue from others department. • Weekly prepare & review A/R outstanding reports, and monitor unpaid invoices which have long outstanding per company standard or goal and report to management • Professionally and efficiently addressing customer requests for documentation • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve the timeliness, accuracy, and cost effectiveness of the billing and collection function • Maintain and follow adopted internal controls • Other assignments

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting • 5-7 Years’ experience in Invoice , AR • Age 35years and above • Good English Communication
