หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results: - Serve as IT process knowledge resource for Technical Services for assigned IT process management program. - Function as contact point for the Technical Services leads to deal with any program issues within their infrastructure provisioning teams and to deal with them effectively. - For assigned programs, serve as alternate contact for the program when the technology lead is unavailable, including management and escalation. - Partner with Other Information Technology teams to implement programs to meet business objectives. - Support the design, planning, deployment of technical infrastructure programs including partnering with business and technology teams to plan provisioning - Deliver clear metrics about the health of assigned IT core process program and technology provisioning projects. - Drive operational excellence of assigned program(s) and project(s), with duties including project reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution and closure for all project work related to the project. - Coordinate project support activities, including the development of internal and external communications, establishing roadmaps and benchmarks, and developing rollout plans as necessary - Timely issue of Infrastructure Incident/Outage Alerts, and detailed follow-up on resolution and Root-Cause-Analysis (RCA); RCA report to be issued no later than 5 working days post-Incident/Outage for Severity 1 and 2 Outages. - Initiate direct communication with specific customers, suppliers and technical services staff

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาระบบสารสนเทศ / วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง - อายุ 26-48 ปี - มีประสบการณ์การดูแลด้านเทคนิค (50+ เซิร์ฟเวอร์, 500+ เวิร์กสเตชันและอุปกรณ์) - ประสบการณ์การดำเนินงานบริการที่ครอบคลุมหลายไซต์และ >200 ผู้ใช้ในสภาพแวดล้อม MNC - ประสบการณ์ใด้านไอที IT Infrastructure 2-3 ปี - มีประสบการณ์ที่ดีในการทำงานกับทีม / ทางไกล ; ต้องสามารถทำงานชั่วโมงที่ยืดหยุ่นได้ดี - มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับแนวทางปฏิบัติของ ITIL
