หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Counselling by phone during business hours excluding public holiday • Taking care the computer systems as usual such as MS Windows, MS Office, Email, Internet applications • Taking care network devices such as ADSL Router, Firewall, Wireless Access Point (AP) • Checking computer to provide a proper report with further advising via to customer • Taking care Anti Virus software to be compromised or damaged. • Preparing computer Profile and all devices under service contracts. • Checking computer as a set period (Preventive Maintenance). • Supporting solution Basic Application Program. • Being backup an important data to all client in case of Format hard disk or replace new computer. • Coordinating all vendors in case of software problem. • Coordinating all vendors in case of warranty claim or repair for all devices. • Consulting in buying new equipment or installing additional systems without obligation. • Supporting general troubleshooting for the use of computers in the office. • Surveying Computer Assets

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bacheller’s degree or above • Experience minimum of 1 years of work on IT field • Good knowledge of Microsoft software • Good knowledge of networking • Able to travel across premises • Able to communicate in English
