หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Daily operations on social media platform, managing listening, publishing and engagement. Including optimize the content, analyze the data from both ourselves and competitors in order to improve the impression, engagement and brand image. - Work with internal, agencies, Xiaomi community, platforms and other partners with the goal of finding fast, creative and efficient ways to build and execute innovative social media content plans that connect with our fans and help build brand awareness. - Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure that social media plans are effectively integrated into maximizing engagement.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Professional Thai copywriting skills, or at least can localize copy form English, Mandarin is a plus. - Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Marketing-related field. - 2-5 years of experience working in social media, with hands-on management of social media accounts. - Demonstrate experience in building social media audiences, including hands-on development of creative materials and copy. - Understand life-cycle customer experience and have passion to create the coolest support in industry. - Self-motivated, team-working and responsibility, can work under pressure.
