หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• RRM - Reginal Retail Manager : XIAOMI (Upper Northeast) **Bueng Kan,Kalasin,Loei,Mukdahan,Nakhon Phanom,Nong Bua Lamphu,Nong Khai,Sakon Nakhon,Udon Thani** • Responsible for the field force management team, retail marketing initiatives, retail training and development, store identity standardization, retail system process and deployment. • Responsible for managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. • Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales, interpreting trends to facilitate planning. • Update senior management on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues. • Responsible to foster close working relationship with respective internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth operations of the entire retail function. • Conduct market visit regularly, getting feedback from retailers and partners, identify and resolve issues. • Initiate changes for continuous business improvement.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor‘s Degree in any field. • Aged not over 40 years old. • Experience working cross functionally with corporate functions and field leadership • Experience in analyzing and resolving complex issues to recommend and implement strategies to resolve issues • Experience in identifying operational issues and to resolve accordingly • English or Chinese communication • 3 years or more relevant experience in relevant industries • Able to travel outside the area
