หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• External communication and project tracking
• Quotation review, B.O.Q check and PO issue process is a must
• Able to read design and drawing specification, including interior cost estimation
• Be able to manage furniture and props inventory management (Approve, Furniture Request, Furniture and Props Purchasing)
• Coordinating with suppliers to communicate design issues as plan and less impact to the store performance.
• Responsible for output work summary

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree
• Have background in business management in construction business.
• Knowledge of basic business strategy
• Professional to use system both internal and external application (PPT, MS Excel, SAP experience is a plus)
• English or Chinese Communication
