หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• We are a manufacturer and exporter of large engine motorcycles. which is the company An American brand with a history of more than 100 years, is looking to recruit a large number of people to work together to create legendary motorcycles together. Recruitment (if applicable by site) - May develop systems and processes to ensure fair, legal, and effective selection and placement of hourly personnel. May establish applicant flow, screen applicants, conduct testing, interview and recommend hire for non-exempt bargaining unit positions. May coach interviewing teams regarding fair employment practices. May direct reference checks and activities used to confirm applicant information. May coordinate and monitor the posting log, prepare recruitment materials, and back up administrative assistant with interview set-up, and applicant correspondence when required. May coordinate recruitment and obtain necessary resources to ensure a highly qualified applicant pool forsigned positions. Responds proactively to employment law issues. Prepares analysis aarts of employment-related measures. May prepare analysis and charts of related measures. Work Mon Fri time 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. 6 month employment contract, with consideration for contract extension or adjustment to full-time employment. คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• No gender restriction, age 24 - 35 years. Bachelor's degree or higher Have at least 2 years of previous Recruitment / Talent Acqusition experience. Diligent, patient, responsible Able to work well under pressure Able to communicate in English well (coordinate with foreigners)
