หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Driving Retail Sales (Sell Out) for the retail shops in the managed area and improve retail share in the retail shops. -Managing and Training Retail Personnel. -Provide leadership and motivation to the team to achieve sales target & maximize profits for the business and to be in line with agreed budgets. -Recruit competent promoters and manage their behavior at the workplace (pay attention to their attendance, dressing, and work behavior). -Shop Display and Visibility Management -Retail Shops Relationship Management and improve the ROI. -Performing Retail Mapping and Collecting and Analyzing Retail Data.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -At least 1 year experience in Sale, Promoters management -Be able to travel in northeastern province Graduated at least Vocational certification -English language is preferred
