หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Verify data correction from claim report in paper before recording the data in Excel Database
• Input data from documents obtained from dealers into excel file.
• Recheck the data in excel report and documents, and revises data if it does not match to the file.
• Summary claim weekly report.
• Keep data in well-organized manner.
• Coordinate with dealers for incomplete documents to update the correct data into excel report.
• Coordinate with Finance Department to send monthly claim report and follow up claim settlement.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
• Excellent in Excel, be able to use multiple functions and understand complex functions utilize in the Excel data, validate and revised formula for proper functions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with relevant software and databases for claims management
