หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• o Train and guide new sellers on the features, processes, and best practices
• o Establish and maintain strong relationships with sellers to foster collaboration and mutual success
• o Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by sellers in a timely and effective manner
• o Collaborate with a diverse team to identify and address issues
• o Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• o Possess basic analysis skills to monitor seller performance and suggest ideas to increase sales
• o Demonstrate high accountability and responsibility in completing tasks and take ownership of each account

• o Excellent interpersonal skills
• o Strong negotiation and communication skills
• o Ability to do multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• o Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• o KPI-driven attitude and eagerness to adapt with the dynamic of e-commerce
• o Proficient in Microsoft Office
• o Good in mathematics and able to do a simple calculation
