หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Handle customers contacts via Live Chat, Email and phone, at least 100+ chat/day
• Handle Grab product Food, Mart ,Transport, Express, Financial and related
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints and feedbacks
• Determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
• Expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Go the extra mile to engage customers
• Suggest customers, drivers, and merchants of how to use applications, and basic trouble shooting.
• Coordinate between Passengers and Drivers on pick up points, food delivery related and etc.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related
• Fluent at English
• Strong chat or phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Having a decision making skill
