หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Perform secretarial support to Chief /.Head of Department (Compliance. Internal Audit. Investment and Lega Department
• Organize and prepare facilities. foods and beverages for the meetings or training session as assigned from time to
• Coordinate with all related parties for any report and work follow-up.
• Manage all couriers. hotels. transportation. restaurants. catering etc. and arrange bookings/orders of travelling Department
• Provide Thai-English translation for documents as assigned from time to time
• Perform related duties as assigned or requested
• Working Hours 8.30 AM-17.00 P.M

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Female 28- 38 Year old
• Bachelor's degree in any fields
• Diligent. patient. responsible Able to work under pressure
• At least 3-5 years' experience in secretarial work
• Good communication in English
• Good in Ms. Office
