หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Ensuring the end-to-end cycle of recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
• Managing the talent hub through job boards and procuring the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database.
• Designing and implementing job descriptions and engaging with potential candidates on social media platforms.
• Consulting with clients on job specifications and requirements.
• Assisting in negotiations with candidates and clients.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• At least 2 years experience in HR Admin or Recruitment is advantage.
• Good command of English and Chinese language (HSK4 above).
