•Coordinate legal documents and contracts related to the Residence project
•Liaise with government agencies for registrations and legal matters.
•Maintain and organize contract and insurance records in Excel, the ERP system, and the contract room.
•Handle administrative tasks, including processing payments in SAP, duty stamps, and approvals.
•Prepare contract authorization requests and approval documents for Directors.
•Assist in drafting contracts using standard templates and inputting relevant details.
•Ensure contract compliance, maintain audit records, and track changes or amendments.
•Communicate with internal and external parties on contract and insurance-related matters.
