o Track and evaluate delivery partners’ performance based on SLA metrics such as on-time delivery and order accuracy.
o Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans in collaboration with partners.
o Act as the first point of contact for delivery partners to address operational concerns or disputes.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners receive the necessary support for smooth operations.
o Conduct regular check-ins with partners to assess their capacity, resource needs, and operational challenges.
o Provide training and guidance on LEX’s processes and technology tools to enhance partner efficiency
o Prepare performance reports and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement or expansion
o Provide feedback and recommendations to the Partnership Manager on partner-related strategies

Familiarity with SLA monitoring and data reporting tools.
