หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Perform receptionist functions and manager the frontoffice areas smoothly such as receiving incoming calls and forward themcorrectly with a professional manner
• Performadministrative support efficiently such as scheduling timetable drafting andreplying, preparation of meetings room, issuing PO, PMR etc.
• Update Phonelist and Name card.
• Coordinatewith messenger to get order and distribute the day-to-day company as requiredby business.
• Coordinatewith courier to receive vendor for the day-to-day parcel and distribute tostaff
• Ensure theoffice storage, stationary, pantry is tidy according to established standards.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or other related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in Receptionist, Customer Service, or Administrative work
• Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Strong background in administrative tasks
• Good command of English communication skills
