หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and execute live-stream activity plans and strategies.
• Manage live-stream operations, including scheduling, flow, and script assistance.
• Provide technical support during live sessions (e.g., scene switching, on-screen effects, troubleshooting).
• Monitor and analyze live-stream data (traffic, conversion, viewer engagement) and provide optimization suggestions.
• Assist hosts during live sessions and provide customer service support as needed.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in live streaming operations, preferably on TikTok or other platforms.
• Familiar with live-stream planning, scripting, and execution.
• Knowledge of streaming software and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Team player with good organizational skills.
• Fluent in Thai; English or Chinese preferred.
