หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Purchasing & Supplier Management: Issue POs, manage purchasing lead times, and ensure smooth procurement processes. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and lead performance review meetings.
• Demand & Inventory Coordination: Align with demand planners, monitor incoming shipments, and adjust supply flow to meet demand while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Supplier Performance & Compliance: Track supplier performance (On-time delivery, lead time, quality) and follow up on improvement actions. Manage price negotiations, special price approvals (SPA), and B2B orders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and warehouse teams to support purchasing requirements and ensure smooth operations.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare key reports, such as PO tracking, overdue reports, and supplier performance summaries.
• Other Duties: Handle tasks assigned by the manager as needed.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or sourcing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Good in English
