Senior AP Accountant (Contract)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Receive and verify supplier invoices to ensure accuracy against PO or contract.
• Record expenses and post entries to the correct GL accounts and cost centers.
• Check and prepare tax documents such as Withholding Tax (WHT) and VAT before payment.
• Prepare and process vendor payments (bank transfer/cheque) according to payment schedules.
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger with the general ledger and prepare month-end closing reports.
• Handle supplier inquiries and coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Accounting teams.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documents
• Attend regular meetings with the regional or head office abroad to align on AP reports and processes.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in AP Accounting (preferably in a multinational environment)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Good communication in Thai & English
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and lead process improvements
