หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Driving Retail Sales (Sell Out) for the retail shops in the managed area and improve retail share in the retail shops. -Managing and Training Retail Personnel. -Provide leadership and motivation to the team to achieve sales target & maximize profits for the business and to be in line with agreed budgets. -Recruit competent promoters and manage their behavior at the workplace (pay attention to their attendance, dressing, and work behavior). -Shop Display and Visibility Management -Retail Shops Relationship Management and improve the ROI. -Performing Retail Mapping and Collecting and Analyzing Retail Data.
• Being responsible to Manage price and store data. Perform financial management to ensure real time and accurate data.
• Being responsible to daily weekly, and monthly work plans, hold meetings.
• Organize stock taking at the end of each month to ensure the consistency of accounts, materials and accounts ability of store.
• Collect and submit information about the market and surrounding business centers.
• Arrange shifts for experience consultants and sales staff based on customer traffic levels.
• Handle consumer complaints and conduct effective consumer management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA/Marketing preferred)
• Fluent in English or Chinese is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and selling skills
• Computer proficiency – Excel , PowerPoint
• Own a car with valid driving license
• High service mindset and ability to perform under pressure.
