หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Drive Performance: Lead the team to achieve monthly Sell-Out Targets and execute promotions.
• Operations & Inventory: Ensure store readiness, guarantee product availability, maintain accurate pricing/data, and conduct month-end stock audits.
• Team Leadership: Develop work plans, manage staff shifts, oversee grooming/training, and lead regular team meetings.
• Relationship Builder: Coordinate effectively with dealers/retail partners and manage in-store promotional events.
• Reporting: Track sell-out in real-time and report local market intelligence.
• Customer Focus: Professionally handle customer complaints and manage the overall customer experience.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• (Preferred) Experience managing a mobile phone shop or retail operation under a leading brand.
• Strong interest in shop operations and staff management.
• Strong leadership potential, good communication, and a service-oriented attitude.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to build cooperative relationships and grow into a trusted partner with stakeholders.
