หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Execute monthly and quarterly trade marketing plans according to the annual calendar.
• Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams to implement and drive trade activities.
• Track campaign performance, including sales uplift and post-campaign analysis.
• Handle assigned trade marketing projects from planning to execution.
• Plan, produce, and distribute POSM for each retail channel.
• Support promotional activities and ensure on-time execution.
• Monitor and track competitor promotions and market activities.
• Support trade events such as dealer events, roadshows, and in-store activations
• Track trade activities and provide regular performance reports.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Key Account, or Retail Operations in any industry.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
