หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Ensure timely and accurate aging reports and effective collection function.
• Reconcile daily cash and e-payment receipts with sales transactions.
• Review account updates and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Prepare outstanding lists with explanations for management.
• Investigate unusual transactions such as unmatched supporting documents and advise stores on prevention measures.
• Analyze and investigate root causes of overdue accounts receivable (based on credit terms) and take corrective actions, including prompt notifications to all concerned.
• Perform additional duties such as monitoring customer payments and completing ad-hoc assignments

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounts payable or a related role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of WHT, VAT, and taxation.
• Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
