หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Verify payment vouchers to ensure
• a. Proper approval in line with the Company's Level of Authority.
• b. Proper supporting documents as per Revenue Department rules.
• c. Accurate recording under the correct account code.
• d. Complete input tax invoices.
• e. Accurate withholding tax deductions.
• Reconcile input tax report
• a. Retrieve input tax report from the system and reconcile with original tax invoices.
• b. Obtain original tax invoices from other systems, key in the data, and consolidate into one report.
• Prepare journal vouchers to record accrued expenses at month-end closing.
• Reconcile detailed balances of related asset and liability accounts.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounts payable or a related role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of WHT, VAT, and taxation.
• Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
