• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
• Support staff supervision, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Help analyze sales performance and suggest improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
