หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Collaborate closely with marketing & retail business departments to monitor the expense annual budgets usage;
• - Understand different nature of expense in the marketing & retail departments and driving efficiencies /cost savings with business team for further implementation
• - Conduct the compliance approval for Marketing and Retail expenses, includes project application, contract application, PO acceptance and Payment application.
• - Perform the specialized analysis and regular selective examination for Marketing and Retail expenses.
• - Optimize sales expense related processes and guidance to ensure the internal & external compliance of operation;
• - AR and reconciliation management, Researching and resolving account discrepancies
• - Undertake ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the management team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - This position is currently outsourced, for good performance, will sign back as permanent employee
• - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance management / Accounting.
• - Work experience of finance 3-4 years, work experience of retail industry is preferred,
• - Experience in account management administration, sales support/consultancy roles, operational support or similar fields will be well regarded
• - Sound knowledge and experience in end to end AR functions will be highly regarded
• - Proficient in English languages, Chinese will be a plus
• - Good skills on Excel, PPT application
• - Strong analytical, precise, systematic, logical and patient to solve problem
• - Work with patience and carefulness
• - Able to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines
