หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Manage and oversee the quality of training programs to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• • Lead and manage the training evaluation process, including tracking performance and training effectiveness.
• • Develop training materials, manuals, and guidelines to support training operations.
• • Plan and implement initiatives to motivate, develop, and enhance the capabilities of the training team.
• • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify training trends and continuously improve training strategies.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • At least 3 years of experience in a Training Manager or similar role, preferably in the consumer electronics, mobile phone, or related industry.
• • Proven experience in independently managing and leading training projects.
• • Strong communication and presentation skills.
• • Proficient in both Thai and English, with the ability to independently conduct and manage training sessions.
• • Excellent planning, analytical, and team management skills.
