Key Responsibilities: Campaign Planning & Execution
• Plan and execute Shopee / Lazada store campaigns
• Develop monthly/quarterly campaign calendars; coordinate product enrollment, coupon setup, discount rules, and gift strategies
• Liaise with platform account managers to secure campaign placements (Flash Sale, Homepage Banner, Search Boost, etc.)
• Plan Super Brand Day / Lazada Brand Campaign brand-exclusive events
• Plan Fan Fest / Fans Sale events, boosting repurchase through exclusive coupons, points multipliers, and membership benefits
Key Responsibilities: Ad Operations
• Manage Shopee Ads (Search Ads / Discovery Ads / Content Ads) and Lazada Sponsored Solutions daily operations
• Produce weekly ad performance reports (spend / impressions / clicks / conversions / ROI)

• Data-driven, skilled in Excel / dashboard-based performance analysis
• Understanding of Southeast Asia e-commerce promotional cadence and platform rules
• Strong cross-department coordination skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• English communication skills preferred
