หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Support to assist sales team to solve customer problems, manage the sales process including order processing, contract signing and follow-up;
• 2. Monitor and maintain all aspects of the sales process, identify and resolve issues in a timely manner;
• 3. Participate in sales meetings, record minutes and follow up related matters;
• 4. Process and follow up customer purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate execution of orders;
• 5. Work with warehousing and logistics team to ensure timely shipment and delivery of products;
• 6. Monitor order fulfillment, resolve issues that arise during order fulfillment, and ensure customer satisfaction;

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; Thai and English/Mandarin proficiency are required;
• 2. At least 3 years of work experience in sales operations; candidates with experience in the consumer electronics industry will be preferred;
• 3. Strong data-analysis, communication and coordination skills;
• 4. Proficiency in project management and the ability to efficiently drive the implementation of various tasks;
• 5. Establish and maintain good cross-departmental communication channels to promote the synergy of various departments and enhance overall efficiency.
